HOW LONG DOES it TAKE to RECEIVE MY COLLAR?

It is our goal to make a exceptional quality collars/leashes to mine and your exacting standard, not to mass produce and hold generic inventory or speed through the process to get them out the door as fast as we can. Please consider this before sending numerous email asking where your order is. You will be sent a shipped notice once your order is complete and/or will be sent any questions regarding your order that we may have. My time would be better spent helping get your order processed than answering an email letting you know that we are processing it.

Once you receive the shipped notice please know that there is nothing more we can do to speed the process, it is now in the hands of the postal powers that be...I know you are anxious to receive your lovely collar :-) but unless you have paid for tracking, it becomes difficult for us to come up with creative ways to explain that we don't have control over the postal service, lol.

That being said, it is our goal to get your order completed to your exact specifications with perfect construction and in the mail in a timely manner...If there is a delay for any reason (waiting for shipment of trim, fabric or hardware ect from our suppliers) We will try our best to keep you informed

During the slower times of the year (Jan -Mar) we can usually get your collar made and in the mail in 1-5 days and then expect 5-9 business days in the mail. During peak months, you can expect 1-3 week delivery time.


SHIPPING and HANDLING

Costs are based on an average cost of shipping to a address anywhere in North America, we also allow a small portion to cover our time in packaging and mailing you parcel. We currently ship all packages Light Packet Air to the US, Canada and International destinations, this method has proven to be our most reliable and cost effective but does not allow us to provide a tracking # and unfortunately we can no longer replace orders lost in the mail. Please allow 7-10 days for ship times to Canada and the US, other countries will vary. For tracking assurance please choose
the Expedited or Express options from the drop down menu.

RETURNS

CHANGED MIND, DIDN'T LIKE, INCORRECT SIZING, COLOR NOT RIGHT ECT.... are NOT refundable or returnable...Because we custom cut each collar to order, please consider color, design and sizing carefully when placing your order. Email me with any questions you may have regarding these issues before you order.

EVEN EXCHANGES ARE ONLY GIVEN IN THE CASE OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, AND AWARDED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. As unlikely as it is, should you receive your collar and find any defect in the construction/design, or stain, flaw, etc., please notify me via email and explain the problem. I'll request that you then mail the collar back to me, at which point I will either exchange it for another of the same value or I will issue you a credit.

Please note: Because every dog wears his collar differently and because of the vast range of fabrics we use I do not guarantee fabric against normal wear and tear but if you have a problem with stitching (as unlikely as it is) we will be happy to repair (a repair charge may apply).

A word about breakage: The chances of your collar breaking are slim to none. However, please examine the collar from time-to-time to ensure that nothing is breaking down or that the dog has not scratched or chewed weak spots into the webbing.

A word about Buckle collars: I do not recommend Buckle collars be used as tie out collars. These are to be used as walking and house collars only. Please note, although I use the most premium buckle closure I can find, I do not guarantee the buckles against breakage with wear. Please check your collar regularly for signs of wear and replace accordingly.
