Flip flops are hot and so is this collar! Wow the crowds with this blue flip flop collar that would be fabulous on both a male or a female hound. I first layered the novelty jacquard over a light blue or lime grosgrain then lined it in a coordinating cuddle satin. The default hardware is nickle plate but solid brass is available for an additional cost. Also available in a 1" version but this would be without the grosgrain background
